Newton Area Alumni Campus News – July 8, 2024

NEWTON, NJ – Newton area alumni have earned accolades and degrees from their colleges.

Michael Rizzo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering with honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta in May 2024.

Sadie Lan Price-Elliott graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University in Worcester, MA.  Price-Elliot was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Kendra Payne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in music and English from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN at the May 2024 commencement ceremony. Payne graduated summa cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Rochester Institute of Technology announced May 2024 graduates:

• Rocco Perrotti with a Bachelor of Science in applied statistics and data analytics
• Chris Biancone with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering
• Samantha Russell with a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering

Greta Nappa earned a place on the spring 2024 President’s List at Commonwealth University – Mansfield in Pennsylvania.

Natalia Mattar was named to the President’s List for the spring 2024 semester at the College of Charleston in SC.

Abigail Roggenkamp was named to the Dean’s List at Albright College in Reading, PA for the spring 2024 semester.  She is a family studies/early childhood education major.

Madelyn Sienkiewicz earned Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester at SUNY Oneonta.  She is studying fashion and textiles.

Rochester Institute of Technology announced the spring 2024 Dean’s List:

• Declan McHale a biomedical sciences major
• Daniel Natale a chemical engineer major
• Johnny Fagerli n a game design and development major
• Katelyn McDade a medical illustrations major

Philip Fancher earned Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester at SUNY Cortland.  Fancher is pursuing a degree in business economics.

Natan Eliezer was named to the Champlain College Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester. Eliezer is majoring in computer and digital forensics at the Burlington, VT college.

DeSales University in Center Valley, PA announced the spring 2024 semester Dean’s List:

• Jordan Boersig, majoring in health science
• Riley Hough, majoring in medical studies
• Molly Russell majoring in early childhood education

Angelina Falleni earned Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester at Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic, CT.  Falleni is majoring in political science and psychology.

Olivia Ernst was named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester at Miami University in Oxford, OH.
