2 Baltimore Ravens Fantasy Football Sleepers For 2024

The Baltimore Ravens didn’t change much in the 2024 offseason. As such, the team has a set of usual suspects Fantasy Football managers will be quick to pick up. Lamar Jackson, Mark Andrews, Derrick Henry, and Rashod Bateman are all on managers’ radars.

However, the Ravens also have a couple of other names worth considering.

Here’s a look at two Baltimore players worth a look.

    Isaiah Likely, TE

Jonnu Smith and Isaiah Likely both sit as major examples of what diamonds in the rough can turn into if picked up at the right time. Both were backup tight ends last year, and both had games that catapulted managers to wins. Likely was elevated after Mark Andrews suffered a season-ending injury last season. With Andrews still listed as questionable, the stage is set for Likely to have plenty of opportunities this season.

Of course, Andrews isn’t expected to miss the 2024 season. However, with Andrews continuing to battle injuries and Likely proving his ability to play in the big leagues, a shift could happen in the room this season. Managers who prepare for a Likely-led future should see plenty of rewards for their risk.

Last season, Likely scored a touchdown in four of his last five games. If he can start this season with such a streak, managers who didn’t get in on the ground floor will be left kicking themselves. As soon as Likely scored his first touchdown of the year, managers will be instantly reminded of his run of domination last season.

Heading into his third year, the timing is right to see him take another step forward in his development, which can only set his ceiling higher.

    Justice Hill, RB

The argument for Hill hinges on Derrick Henry. At 30 years old, Henry is playing well beyond the age of most running backs. Of course, Henry is anything but the same as most running backs. Still, the sun will need to set sometime. The 2024 campaign could be that season. Whether he loses a step or suffers an injury, there is a solid chance that Hill could get some more snaps than many are expecting.

Hill hasn’t quite proven himself on a game-in, game-out basis. However, he averaged 4.61 yards per attempt and earned three touchdowns—including two in Week 1—for the Ravens last season. If Henry goes down or finds himself in a committee system, especially early in the year, Hill could get some run for managers.

The Baltimore Ravens might want to do a committee system to save Henry for the playoffs, which would allow Hill to impress the coaches. It would surprise many if he pulls it off, but multiple factors are working in Hill’s favor.
