    Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arrests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between June 18 – July 2 . They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.

    June 18

    • Alena A. Arkhypchuk – Fraud use of credit card $1,000 < $10,000, and theft of property mislaid or delivered by mistake.
    • Jalen D. Gardner – Driving on DUI suspended license, and violation of a Kentucky Domestic Violence Order/Emergency Protection order.
    • Randall K Wade – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
    • Joshua Macgregor – Assault 4th-degree (minor injury).
    • Laron Lee Clayborn – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

    June 19

    • Oscar Eduardo Toro Alcantara – No operators/moped license, no registration plates, and none/improper use of temporary tag when required.
    • Whitney Lairson – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

    June 20

    • William D. Adams – Failure to appear in court.

    June 21

    • Fournet Navarette Martines – No operators/moped license, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st offense, none/improper use of temporary tag when required, and no registration plates.

    June 22

    • Francisco Carlos Roman – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

    June 23

    • Lindsey N. Vest – Speeding 26 mph over, reckless driving, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in vehicle prohibited, and license to be in possession.
    • William G. Rodgers – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and disregarding stop sign.

    June 24

    • Joshua T. Scarbrough – Failure to appear in court, leaving the scene of the accident, failure to render aid or assistance, and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
    • Karena L. White – Violation of a Kentucky Domestic Violence Order/Emergency Protection Order.

    June 25

    • Jimmy D. Biddle – Probation Violation (for felony offense).
    • Jennifer Lamb – Failure to appear in court.
    • Randy Becksted – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
    • Ethan Taylor – Assault, 4th Degree (minor injury).

    June 26

    • Felipe Pulido Herrerra – Leaving scene of accident-failure to render aid or assistance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st-offense, and no operator’s moped license.
    • Shawn D. Caldwell – Operating on a suspended/revoked license.

    June 27

    • Darvin Jacinto Mendez Ramirez – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
    • Bartolon Trishthan Perez – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
    • Michael P. Meagher – Menacing.

    June 28

    • Crystal L. Canovan – Theft by failure to make required disposition of property $500 < $1,000.
    • Jerald J. Wesson – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
    • Jacob D. Wesley – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

    • Jordan D. West – Failure to appear in court, probation violation (for felony offense), improper turning, no registration plates, operating on a suspended or revoked license, and giving officers false identifying information.

    • Jacob R. Pauley – Speeding 18 mph over the speed limit, and operating the motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
    • Rachel Michelle McCullah – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

    July 1

    • Ivan Anaya – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited, and failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance 1st offense.
    • Dwayne L. Buckner – Serving parole violation warrant.
    • Vickie Ann Ramsey – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
