Darra Roberson, also known as the Gopher Girl, has been in business for four years now, but she’s been trapping gophers for 15 years. “I was doing it on the side,” Roberson said. “After school, I would go and trap and then whenever I had jobs and everything, I would do trapping on the weekends, and then I got fired from a job, and decided to just do this full time. Everything went really good with it and I got to be on the news, and that really helped a lot. People knew who I was after that.”
