Capcom had announced back in June that Marvel vs Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics would be dropping later this year, but it wasn’t clear when exactly that would be. Now, during today’s Indie World Showcase + Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase, we’ve learned that there will be two release dates for the compilation: one digital and one physical. The digital release will be on September 12, 2024, while the physical release will be on November 22, 2024.

Castlevania fans may have just received the Castlevania Dominus Collection during the August 2024 Nintendo Direct but they're already thinking about the next dream collection. Nintendo announced the imminent release of the Castlevania Dominus Collection during its August 27 showcase to the delight of many fans. Microsoft is rumored to be developing several upcoming titles and one of the consoles some believe to be in development is an Xbox hybrid console similar to the Nintendo Switch. However, according to Windows Central’s JezCorden this turns out to be false. In the latest episode of the Xbox Two podcast, Corden stated that the console will be a standard home console but will have a handheld as an add on. “I’ll tell you now: there’s going to be a separate handheld and there’s going to be an Xbox Series X successor,” he said. “It’s going to be two different things. They’re not just going to try and go all in on handheld only; they’re going to do a more traditional console for the Series X people and then a handheld. […] I’m predicting a Series X successor, a handheld, and the end of the paywall for premium multiplayer games.”
