Cook can fight for the Second Legislative District

Yanah Cook knows the backroads of our rural Second Legislative District and knows what doors to knock on in Olympia’s legislative halls.

Yanah has spent decades showing up at small community events and knocking on doors in our rural communities to support other Democratic candidates. Yanah has spent time listening to voters.

Last year I reached out to local Democrats for a partner to knock on doors in small rural communities in our district.

Yanah immediately stepped forward, and we hit the rural backroads. We canvassed in communities the Democrats haven’t spent much time in recent years. She was not intimidated by loud dogs to open gates, and she listened to rural voters’ issues as they wrenched on their engine block.

She is the fearless, knowledgeable and dedicated type of representative that can fight for the 2nd Legislative District.
