Residents of tent encampments sandwiched between city, county and federal buildings in downtown Duluth have been put on notice to leave. The Duluth Police Department said Tuesday morning those at the encampment were given notice to vacate the area and remove their belongings. In the month of July, there have been 138 calls for service at Priley Circle, Duluth Police said in a Tuesday afternoon news release.
