Another chapter in the life of Jennifer Lopez has finally closed.

The star singer and actress, who seems to be splitting up with Ben Affleck, has sold her Madison Square Park penthouse in New York City — seven years after she first put it on the market — for $23 million, according to city property records. 

The stately penthouse duplex, at 21 E. 26th St., is a spacious 6,540 square feet. It comes with four bedrooms, 6½ baths and almost 3,000 square feet of outdoor space over four terraces on two levels, including a croquet pitch, a landscaped roof deck and a putting green.

Last week, a 32-year-old was arrested on trafficking charges after allegedly fleeing from a traffic stop and abandoning the vehicle with a child in the passenger seat. Gov. Ron DeSantis has issued a state of emergency in Northeast Florida and across much of the state as a tropical system appears almost certain to develop. I find the pallet shelters to be more palatable than ice fishing tents. The Colorado Village Collaborative operates both micro-communities and the so-called Safe Outdoor Spaces with the tents. We all learned the tents are not safe when a fire roared through a CVC Safe Outdoor Space, destroying the compound quickly. Officials never disclosed a cause of the fire.
