NY host takes issue with Aaron Rodgers’ trip to Egypt during minicamp
WFAN/SNY TV’s Sal Licata has an issue with the reason Aaron Rodgers missed the Jets’ mandatory minicamp last month. According to SNY’s Connor Hughes, Rodgers took a pre-planned trip to Egypt, which resulted in the unexcused absence from minicamp. He attended every voluntary OTAs workout this offseason and last offseason.
Driver who critically injured cyclist in hit-and-run turns himself in, cops say
A driver who turned himself in the day after he allegedly critically injured a bicyclist in a hit-and-run is now facing criminal charges. A dark colored SUV struck a man on a bicycle on June 20 around 2:30 a.m. near Erial Road and Blackwood-Clementon Road in Gloucester Township. The vehicle did not come to a stop, authorities said.

Body found on N.J. beach, police say
