    Officials signal NJ ready to preserve more farmland slated for warehouse development

    If it is farmland preserved, it shouldn't have warehouses on it!!! He is ruining farmland preservation and not paying taxes on the money he is making on the warehouses.

    these guys are smart. buy land for 12 million and state pays you 57 million. Out of state investors pays no new jersey taxes on their profit. smart move NJ
