County preps way for Ligonier expansion
ALBION — The Noble County Commissioners paved the way for a proposed annexation in Ligonier to move forward — a move that could provide much-needed housing options. The commissioners voted 3-0 to allow the transfer of approximately 19 1/2 acres of land across U.S. 6 from Carlex from control of the Noble County Redevelopment Commission to the Ligonier Redevelopment Commission.
