Disturbing details have been forwarded within a new lawsuit against Diddy as a woman has accused him of sexually assaulting her with a remote!
According to The Daily Beast, Ashley Parham and her attorney Ariel Mitchell have come forward with a newly filed complaint against the defamed music mogul.
Within obtained court documents Ashley alleges that Diddy and a group of other men violently sexually assaulted her with a television remote. Ashley says the incident occurred after she communicated to his friends that she wasn’t interested in meeting Diddy because she believed he had a hand in Tupac Shakur’s murder.
Ariel told The Daily Beast that she believes that the baby oil used was laced based on her client’s recollection of the incident and how she described her body becoming limp after Diddy allegedly lathered her body with excessive amounts of oil.
“She said to me that she didn’t know what else it could have been. Ariel added: ‘I felt every time they squirted the liquid on me, I went more and more limp. I didn’t know what was happening.’” Ariel says that she conducted her research and discovered that baby oil could be used as a medium to distribute date rape drugs such as GHB or Rohypnol without being easily traced. She says that it is her “personal belief” that Diddy spiked the baby oil before assaulting her client.
According to the U.S District Court, for the Northern District of California filed suit, Ashley says she was threatened with a knife as Diddy allegedly retrieved a bottle of liquid from a large Fanny jack and then squirted a bottle of it on her body. She says that she was in fear of the chemical because she believed it to be acid.
“Diddy then picked up a television remote that was near Plaintiff and violently inserted it into Plaintiff’s vagina. Defendant Diddy, while violently raping Plaintiff with a television remote, told Plaintiff that her life was in his hands and that if he wanted he could “take her” and she would never be seen again.”
Court documents further detail claims that that Diddy ordered his co-defendant Shane Pierce to turn her over and place a pillow over her head “because he didn’t want to see her face or hear her cries and instructed Defendant Shane to anally rape Plaintiff.”
Ashley says she was sexually assaulted by two other men and that“her body was becoming more and more limp over the course of the violent rape until eventually she had no control over her body nor could she move her body.”
The California native says that when she recovered from the horrific incident she informed Diddy that she was going to tell the police and that he threatened her family while advising her that no one would believe him.
“—told Plaintiff no one would ever believe she had been raped by him and if she did tell anyone such that they would harm her family.”
She says that she was showed a photo of her sister as well as her sister’s spouse within their home.
“Diddy then called his mother in an effort to further convince Plaintiff not to report her assault. Defendant Diddy’s mother yelled at Plaintiff to not hurt her son,” reads the suit.
“Plaintiff told Defendant Diddy’s mother that her son had violently raped Plaintiff. Defendant Diddy’s mother, seemingly unphased by the statement, then continued her demands with Plaintiff to take the money being offered and not report the rape to law enforcement.”
