    if you're a legislator and can't put your name on a form to tell everyone how you want to spend money, then money is denied. Own up to your crap and quit trying to screw the taxpayers. If you think the money needs to be spent to help the people in your district, then sign the damn form.If you are trying to pad the pockets of some cronies, shame on you and get your ass out of office.
