    I believe it is time for recognition that our local Tri City local government has reached the end of their expertise. Water management needs to be entrusted to river, stream, lake, and floral, fauna, and professionally trained environmental preservation experts.

    That's sad. No more sitting on the end of the dock watching the little fish jump for the gnats on the waters surface as I watched the sun set. It was so tranquil and meditative.
