City leaders break ground on new mixed-use development in downtown Ely
ELY, Iowa — A new mixed-use development is coming to the City of Ely. It's called "Main Street Legacy". City leaders broke ground Monday afternoon for the $7 million project. The project calls for both housing and storefronts on the corner of Dows Street and Main Street in the downtown area.

DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG) - The City of Dubuque is asking for the public’s opinion in order to determine street design concepts for Central Ave. and White St. Officials say the input gathered through speaking to residents and through this online survey found here will be used to determine the preferred design concept. The survey outlines the pros and cons of each option and asks which design concept is preferred for Central Ave. and which design concept is preferred for White St.
