A haunted pirate ship in Virginia Beach raises money for a good cause
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Halloween is here, and one spooky display in Virginia Beach is raising money for a good cause. Jason Hayes first started his haunted pirate walkthrough ten years ago, but this year, he decided to make it a fundraiser for Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD). The pirate ship is called The Amelia, named for Jason's daughter, who received care from CHKD for a congenital heart defect.
