Police: 3 shot in two separate incidents in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Three men were shot in separate but related incidents Tuesday in Norfolk, police said.

One man was taken to the hospital from the scene with life-threatening injuries, according to Norfolk Police. Two other men arrived at the hospital with gunshot wounds around 6:35 p.m., one of whom has serious injuries and the other with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

Detectives have determined that the two incidents are related, according to police, who said the incident involving the man with life-threatening injuries happened around 6:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Rugby Street.
