Ocean View’s largest craft beer and wine festival returns this Friday

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Norfolk is gearing up for “Taste of VA on the Bay,” Ocean View’s largest beer and wine festival, on Friday.

The festival is scheduled to take place on July 26 from 6-9:30 p.m. at Ocean View Beach Park on the Chesapeake Bayfront, and will feature craft beer and wine tastings, live music, food trucks and children’s activities.

Drink tickets will be required for those who wish to participate in the craft beer and wine experience. Tickets can be purchased at the event’s box office. Specialty cocktails will also be available and will not require a drink ticket.

Some of the breweries and wineries featured in this year’s event include Three Notch’d Brewing , Virginia Beer , Wasserhund Brewing Company , Virginia Mountain Vineyards and Common Wealth Crush Co .

Live music will be provided by Allen Hudson and the Halfmoons starting at 6:30 p.m. on the main stage at Ocean View Beach Park.
