Authorities confirm, May 3, 2023, a federal grand jury returned a four-count Indictment against Dustin Powell, charging him with being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession
of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime.

According to public record, in March 2023, Powell was found to be possessing several firearms, as well as over 500 grams of methamphetamine and over 40 grams of fentanyl.
