A 2-year-old who was placed on life support after a UTV accident this week has died, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. This comes after the child's 8-month-old brother died the day of the incident.

Sunday afternoon, 8-month-old Legend, his 2-year-old brother RJ, and two of their siblings were on a utility terrain vehicle, or side-by-side, at Happyland ATV Park in Norman with their mother and her fiancé, News9 reports.

OHP told News 9 that the family was driving through part of the river in what was marked as a safe zone. In a section where the river bottom suddenly dropped, the UTV went underwater.

Two of the children were able to undo their seatbelts and get to shore safely while the mother and other adults in the area jumped in to locate the UTV and young children, according to News 9.

After 20 minutes, the UTV was pulled out and the two children, found still in their car seats, were rushed to a nearby hospital, according to OHP.

Happyland’s owner announced the park would close permanently in a statement posted to Facebook and expressed her deepest condolences.

"Happyland was intended to be a place for families to create happy memories together. Please pray for the family, grief is rough because it never really goes away."

A GoFundMe has been set up for the family at https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-baby-legend-and-rjs-family
