    UPDATE: Suspect arrested after several injured in crash

    UPDATE 9:45 PM

    Norman Police said that they have found the suspect involved and have taken them into custody.

    NORMAN ( KFOR ) – Norman Police blocked off an entire square mile Sunday near 60th Avenue Northwest due to a crash where the suspect is on the run.

    Officials said that just after noon near Rock Creek Road and 60th Ave. NW a driver crashed into another vehicle that sent four to the hospital with two in critical condition and two in serious condition.

    Norman Police spokesperson Sarah Schettler said the suspect left the collision scene on foot and police continued searching for him as of 7 p.m.

    As police searched they blocked off 60th Ave NW between Robinson and Tecumseh and Rock Creek between 48th Ave NW and 72nd Ave NW.

    They said there will be updates on this story as they come in. No names are being released just yet.
