DUNWOODY, Ga. — Above video: Your Wednesday headlines. An elderly man is facing charges following a series of bank robberies in Georgia. According to the Dunwoody Police Department, Sharke Fernando Bankston, 71, was taken into custody Tuesday after officers responded to a report of a robbery in progress at a Synovus Bank.

James W. Thompson, 21, from St. Simons Island, has set a new state record for almaco jack (Seriola rivoliana). On Sunday, July 28, Thompson caught a remarkable 27-pound, 8-ounce almaco jack offshore near Navy Tower R4.
