Former Gray finance director pleads guilty to $37K theft from Maine town
GRAY, Maine — The former finance director for Gray has paid more than $53,000 in restitution to the Maine town after pleading guilty to a theft charge. Town officials said Katy Jewell pled guilty to misdemeanor theft by unauthorized taking or transfer as part of a plea deal in the case in which she was accused of stealing more than $37,000.

AUGUSTA (WGME) -- A former Kennebec County official has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of stalking and invading computer privacy. According to the Kennebec Journal, 50-year-old Arthur True of Albion, who is the former director of the Kennebec County Emergency Management Agency, was charged with aggravated criminal invasion of computer privacy and stalking.
