Thunderstorm Threat Continues Tomorrow, with More Showers and Storms in the Forecast
PRESQUE ISLE, Maine (WAGM) - Good evening everyone and happy Tuesday. We had an active weather day across the county with showers and thunderstorms developing during the afternoon and early evening hours. The area of low pressure and energy associated with this shower activity continues to push eastward, and will result in showers tapering off later tonight, with some patchy fog possible to develop between now and tomorrow morning. Clouds likely linger in the forecast during the morning hours of Wednesday, with another round of showers and thunderstorms developing and pushing through during the afternoon and evening hours. We’ll continue to see active weather through the end of the work week and into the weekend, as low pressure continues to develop and impact our weather until then.
