SEVERE STORMS RECAP

The National Weather Service has confirmed that an EF-1 tornado touched down during Wednesday night’s storms. The tornado started in Lincoln at Breakneck Hill Road and ended at Cushman Road in North Attleboro. The tornado had maximum wind speeds of 100 mph.

FRIDAY MORNING

A cooler start to the day Friday will lead to a decent warmup by midday with temps in the low 70s. There will be plenty of sunshine throughout the morning hours, paving the way for a very nice second half of the day as well.

FRIDAY AFTERNOON

Friday afternoon looks very pleasant with seasonable highs near 80 and comfortable dew points in the low 50s and upper 40s. The sunshine will stick around as well throughout the afternoon and evening hours. A great day for any outdoor plans!

LOOKING AHEAD

Humidity will increase as well as the chance for showers as we head towards the weekend. Shower and thunderstorm chances look to start late in the day Saturday into Sunday.
