WASHINGTON — Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash in Northeast, D.C. Officers were called to the intersection of North Capitol Street and Fort Drive, Northeast for a multi-vehicle crash Saturday evening. When they arrived, three cars had visible damage to them.
