Stepping into 98 Asian Bistro is like entering a serene oasis that blends stunning decor with a laid-back vibe, making it a cultural culinary gem right in the heart of our town. My recent visit to this restaurant was nothing short of delightful. The menu is a treasure trove of Asian flavors, and every dish I tried was a testament to the chef's expertise. The bamboo shoots were tender and refreshing, a perfect start to the meal. The stir-fried pork intestines and braised pork trotters were equally impressive, with the latter offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience that was rich yet not greasy. For appetizers, the crispy spring rolls and chicken satay were standout favorites, each bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The decor of the restaurant itself makes quite an impression, adding to the overall dining experience. Although a friend mentioned a less stellar experience with a takeout Pad Thai, my in-restaurant experience was exceptional, and I look forward to exploring more of their dishes. The White Pepper and Garlic chicken and the Duck Basil were particularly memorable, with each bite of the duck being a flavorful journey. I can't wait for my next visit to try their pho and perhaps relive the amazing flavors that make 98 Asian Bistro a must-visit spot.
