Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Danji, a gem for those who crave authentic Korean flavors. The standout for me was the stone pot mixed rice, though it leaned a bit on the sweeter side for my taste. However, the Bulgogi fried rice was a revelation, perfectly seasoned and utterly satisfying. The short ribs were good, but it was the kimchi that stole the show with its rich, deep flavors. I also got a chance to try the Bibimbap and a special off-menu item, solotang, which were both delightful. The restaurant itself has a unique layout and ambiance, which added a quirky charm to the experience. Although they don't serve barley tea, the green tea served in adorable pots and cups was a charming touch. If you're in the area and looking for top-notch Korean cuisine, Danji is a must-visit. The place is not just about food; it's about experiencing the warmth and tradition of Korean hospitality.
