Travel + Leisure compiled a list of the 50 "most beautiful places in the U.S.," detailing the most gorgeous spot in each state that showcases the true beauty of America. According to the list, the most beautiful place in North Carolina is the Outer Banks . This incredible area of the state's coast offers lovely views, quiet serenity and "quaint" vibes.
