CINCINNATI — A crash with injuries has been reported on Interstate 71 southbound in downtown Cincinnati, near the 1.1 mile marker. Units from the Cincinnati Police and Fire departments are responding to the scene. The extent of the injuries is unknown at this time, along with the number of cars involved.
