Man Injured in Shooting on Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh Police Investigating Overnight Incident
Just after midnight, a shooting disrupted the usual quiet of Carrick, police were summoned to the 2500 block of Brownsville Road at around 12:20 a.m., responding to emergency calls about a person shot. The victim, identified as an adult male, suffered a gunshot wound to his lower leg, as reported by the Pittsburgh Public Safety Department.
