Dresden, N.Y. — The Yates County Sheriff’s Office responded to a car that collided with a train Thursday morning. According to authorities, the 77-year-old driver was eastbound on Seneca Street in Dresden around 10:25 a.m. when she failed to yield the right of way to a northbound Norfolk Southern train.
