BERLIN, Vt. — A Barre City man has been accused of attacking a pregnant nurse during a visit to the hospital on Friday. The Berlin Police Department charged 62-year-old Michael Partlow with a number of violations, including assault on a protected professional, disorderly conduct, criminal threatening, trespass and violating conditions of release for an incident at Central Vermont Medical Center.
