Private neighborhood amenities in Sunstone at Wellen Park officially open to residents

Residents of Sunstone in Wellen Park now have more activities to choose from with the neighborhood’s lakeside amenity campus officially open for use.

Featuring a private clubhouse with a fitness center, pickleball courts and a heated spa, Sunstone’s resort-inspired amenities elevate the community’s vibrant, fun-filled lifestyle and emphasis on health, wellness and community connections. The beach-entry pool with a shade canopy and lap lanes is expected to open this month.

The campus also offers a grilling pavilion with bar-style seating and indoor and outdoor destinations for residents to gather and socialize, including an event lawn, a Paw Park, a tot lot and a tree-shaded sitting area circling a firepit.
