North Port Community Yard Sale dates set

NORTH PORT — People looking to “declutter” their garage in the coming months are in luck as the Community Yard Sale dates have been set.

The pair of events will take place this fall in front of North Port City Hall, 4970 City Hall Blvd.

The dates of the forthcoming event are Saturday, Sept. 21 from 8 a.m. to noon, and then Saturday, Nov. 2 at the same time.

The event, according to the North Port website, will allow people to socialize, clean up and earn extra cash.

Or, if you’re looking for items that cannot be found elsewhere, the forthcoming events will provide a chance to find deals at a convenient location.

Admission is free to shoppers.

There is a $20 space and $10 table fee for sellers. Registration is also required to sell at the event. Register is online.

Additional tables are available, but they will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Food vendors can also fill out an online application.
