Guenther draws on sociology, psychology, philosophy and literary theory to critique current forms of climate communication and craft messages to use moving forward. “The Language of Climate Politics” came out July 10, and Guenther speaks at the Harvard Book Store on Tuesday. We interviewed her the previous Tuesday; her words have been edited for length and clarity.
