HARRISBURG (KDKA) - Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry announced on Thursday morning that her office has reached a $50,000 settlement with a Butler County landlord over unlawful billing, leasing, and debt collection practices. According to Henry's office, A.R. Building Company which owns 20 apartment complexes in Pennsylvania, was being sued for allegedly inflating its repair cost that they would bill to their tenants for supposed damage to the apartments. CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A local man was charged for allegedly stealing cash that was left behind in a self-checkout register in Walmart. Court documents indicate Franklin-based State Police filed criminal charges against 34-year-old Ryan Patrick Baird, of Seneca, on Tuesday, August 20, in Magisterial District Judge Patrick Lowrey’s office.

Manny Sanguillén will be inducted into the Pittsburgh Pirates Hall of Fame with Barry Bonds and Jim Leyland on Saturday. Leyland was also inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in July.
