    Three Northampton residents, one Holyoke resident arrested for trafficking cocaine

    NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP)– A traffic stop in Northampton Wednesday morning resulted in the arrest of four persons.

    According to the Northampton Police Facebook page, a Northampton police officer stopped a car on Pleasant Street around 9:35 am for an expired inspection sticker. The officer noticed drug paraphernalia, and upon further inspection, found  27.81 grams of cocaine (trafficking weight), 5 grams of crack cocaine, and 50 bags of heroin.

    Suspect arrested in connection with shooting spree on Dunmoreland St in Springfield

    All four people in the vehicle were arrested and face the following charges:

    A 53-year-old man from Holyoke:

    • Cocaine, Trafficking
    • Drug, Posses to Distribute Class A, Subsequent
    • Drug, Possess Class B, Subsequent
    • Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law
    • License Suspended, Oper. MV
    • No Inspection Sticker

    A 44-year-old man from Northampton:

    • Cocaine, Trafficking
    • Drug, Posses to Distribute Class A, Subsequent
    • Drug, Possess Class B, Subsequent
    • Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law

    A 58-year-old woman from Northampton:

    • Cocaine, Trafficking
    • Drug, Posses to Distribute Class A, Subsequent
    • Drug, Possess Class B, Subsequent
    • Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law

    A 54-year-old woman from Northampton:

    • Cocaine, Trafficking
    • Drug, Posses to Distribute Class A, Subsequent
    • Drug, Possess Class B, Subsequent
    • Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law
