Williamsport, Pa. — A search warrant led to the discovery of a ‘large amount’ of cocaine in purse, Lycoming Narcotics Detectives said.

Britney Christ Williams, 29, and Alicia Anne Gundrum, 51, both took ownership of the bag after a search of their apartment in the 1100 block of Washington Boulevard, according to a complaint. Gundrum admitted to setting a drug deal up prior to the raid, police said. Williams confessed to selling the substance for $100.

Detectives found a baggie of cocaine in a purse that belonged to Williams, according to the affidavit, which tested positive for cocaine in a field test. Williams and Gundrum both said the cocaine belonged to them, according to the report.

Gundrum and Williams are being charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance. Both are free on $50,000 unsecured bail.
