Williamsport, Pa. — County detectives allegedly witnessed an individual sell cocaine on three separate occasions in April.

An individual who bought cocaine from Mark Allen Seiders, 57, at a home in the 300 block of High Street delivered it to a confidential informant, County detectives said. Seiders was taken into custody on April 19 along with five grams of cocaine, a scale, packaging material, and a large amount of cash, according to a complaint.

An individual, whom police called an "unwitting informant," contacted Seiders prior to the three deals to set them up, detectives wrote in the affidavit. The unwitting informant would allegedly meet the confidential informant, who gave them marked bills, which were used to buy the cocaine.

Seiders confessed to selling cocaine to four or five people during an interview, according to detectives. He claimed it was to support "his habit and advertised that he had approximately four or five customers," according to the affidavit.

Seiders is being charged with four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. No bail is listed for Seiders. He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing with Judge Aaron Biichle on Aug. 22.
