Sayre, Pa. — A Bradford County man will spend up to seven years in state prison for multiple drug convictions over a five-year period.

Earl Ray Sites, 46, of Monroeton, was sentenced to a minimum of 10 to 42 months in prison for his latest case involving methamphetamine distribution in Bradford County.

Sites was originally stopped in March on suspicion of retail theft from Walmart in Sayre on Elmira Street by Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department. The officer learned Sites had a domestic relations warrant out for his arrest from Bradford County and when police took Sites into custody, they found a scale, drug paraphernalia, and various amounts of methamphetamine in different containers.

Sites was also already on parole for the same crime that had netted him a 6- to to 42-month sentence, followed by 42 months of probation in two separate cases from 2019 and 2020. After his sentencing earlier this month, Sites' total of incarceration will be at least 16 months and up to seven years, followed by five years probation.
