first of all grant money is taxpayer money,the more that is granted the more in debt we go & higher the taxes, the intersections mention aren't bad it's the stupidity of not knowing what is procedure of 4 way stop & not stopping, also allowing those who don't have intellect or accountability to thrive on their own but worshipped "let the gov't take care it"..drugs, gangs guns ..
