Dude is lucky that the family didn't execute a permanent PFA against him Maybe I should even fault them for not doing so. Once after it was clearly backed by court admissible evidence that he represented a threat by and by his showing up on their property, it would be hard to prove criminal intent if the family took affirmative steps with extreme prejudice to protect themselves.
