Maine Man Dies After Being Struck by Boat Propeller
A Maine boater died after he was apparently struck by his boat’s propeller after falling overboard. According to a press release from the Maine Marine Patrol, Samuel Sharpe, 23, of Harpswell fell from his 19-foot center console while underway off South Harpswell on Friday evening (Aug. 16) at around 8:00 p.m. Officials believe Sharpe was hit by the boat’s propeller, based on his injuries.

JAFFREY, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) – A hiker was rescued near the summit of Mount Monadnock Sunday after sustaining a leg injury while descending the mountain.
