    36 years later: Saratoga County SO looking for info on Devizzio homicide

    NORTHUMBERLAND, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Thirty-six years ago on Friday, Pamela Devizzio, 28, was reported missing. On July 6, 1988, her body was found on the side of Putnam Road in Northumberland.

    The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said Devizzio was reported missing to the Saratoga Springs Police Department on July 5, 1988 after she didn’t show up to work at Mangino’s Restaurant on Saratoga Lake. She was last seen leaving a bar on Caroline Street in Saratoga Springs earlier that morning.

    Law enforcement said a passing truck driver found her body the next day and notified the Sheriff’s Office. She was believed to have been dead for about 30 hours before she was found.
