Second person indicted in death of Albany woman; Murder charge against first suspect dropped
A grand jury has indicted a second man in connection with the death of a woman killed after her ex-boyfriend was sentenced for assaulting her. Patrick Dean, 37, was arrested last month in the death of Sky Lemmons-Dixon, the Times Union reported. Lemmons-Dixon, 23, was shot in her State Street Apartment last Christmas Day. She died on Jan. 1.
Warrensburg asks residents to curtail outage water use
The town of Warrensburg is asking people to restrict their water usage in light of all the hot weather, and they’re holding residents responsible. The town put out a message on social media on Monday, asking people to use their water sprinkler systems only from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at night.
