NICEVILLE — The Okaloosa County School District is set to host several Career and Technical Education summer camps for fifth- and eighth-graders.

The camp's mission statement is to inspire students to learn more about CTE career fields by having hands-on experiences in building trades and welding, bio-medical camps, web and app design, and coding in computer camps.

Okaloosa County teachers will run all camps, which will be held at Choctawhatchee, Crestview and Fort Walton Beach high schools and Davidson and Shoal River middle schools.
