The biggest takeaway from Week 5 was easily the strength of Niceville's offense.

Through four weeks, Choctaw's defense had allowed just 27 points overall and 20 points in regulation with two shutouts. Naturally, the Big Green defense anointed itself as The Panhandle's gold standard.

On Friday, Niceville ended those talks. The Eagles rushed for 300 yards and four scores and posted 433 yards of offense on the road in a 42-25 win at Joe Etheredge Stadium. It was both a statement by the offensive line and the three-headed backfield. Choctaw's defense, meanwhile, will be fine. I have Terrence Brooks' unit bouncing back Monday against Arnold at Joe Etheredge Stadium.

Including that game, here are this week's picks.
