Franciscan WorkingWell to host employer health care event

Franciscan WorkingWell is hosting a symposium on Sept. 12 to help employers find health care solutions.

The program is titled “Today’s Healthcare Solutions for Employers.” The symposium will feature speakers from WorkingWell addressing a variety of topics. They will also discuss THC (the primary intoxicant in marijuana) in the workplace.

Broker and employer panels will discuss trends and strategies in employer-sponsored clinics. They will detail the benefits of corporate wellness programs. Attendees will also hear about success stories in the Region.

The free, day-long symposium will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Avalon Manor in Merrillville. Breakfast and lunch will be served. Learn more about the event here . Registration required by Sept. 4.
