LOS ANGELES (AP) — Will Smith singled with the bases loaded and one out in the 11th inning to drive in Kiké Hernández as the Los Angeles Dodgers rallied for a 7-6 win over the Boston Red Sox on Saturday. Smith lined a base hit to center field off Greg Weissert (2-2) to give the Dodgers the victory. “It was back and forth all game. It was a fun one to come out on top of,” Smith said. “Just trying to get a pitch to hit and get in the air.” Hernández was the automatic runner at second base to begin the 11th. DA identifies Todd Page as victim in apparent drowning in Lakeville pond
The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office has identified 68-year-old Todd Page as the man who died in an apparent drowning at a Lakeville pond Saturday evening. Massachusetts Environmental Police officers were conducting routine patrols at Long Pond around 5:15 p.m. when they were told that Page had gone missing in the water, the district attorney’s office said in a press release. Lakeville police were called in, and after approximately 30 minutes of searching, Page was found about 60 yards from the shoreline.
